Meredith Wise, SPHR, President, Employers Association of the Employers Association of the Northeast
Meredith joined EANE in 1995 after 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management. Prior to joining the Association she served in senior level HR positions at various financial institutions; managing employee and labor relations, employment, EEO, and affirmative action and all HR related functions.
Meredith works collaboratively with a wide range of organizations to enhance the strength of the business community. She serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations including the Regional Employment Board for Hampden County, Holyoke Visiting Nurse Association and Riverside Industries. Meredith has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Vermont and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society of Human Resource Management.

A certified trainer with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, Mark conducts seminars, webinars and training programs on such diverse topics as Affirmative Action, Discrimination, Drug Testing and Awareness, Sexual Harassment, Family and Medical Leave, Wage and Hour, Employee vs. Independent Contractor Issues, the Employee Free Choice Act, the Massachusetts Information Security Regulations and many other labor and employment law related topics.
