Do you sell brand name and generic pills?

Yes, we sell both brand-name and generic products.

Are generic pills FDA approved?

Yes, all generic products offered by Pharmacy Mall are approved by Indian FDA companies.

Do you ship worldwide?

We deliver drugs to most worldwide countries. Please check the order form or contact our customer support service to find out the available delivery options for your country.

What shipping method do you use?

We currently use 2 shipping methods: Trackable Courier Service (express delivery) usually takes 5 – 9 days (maximum of 14 days) to deliver. Regular Airmail delivery usually takes 14 – 21 days (maximum of 30 days) to deliver. The packages sent by Regular Airmail service are NOT trackable.

How do you send orders?

We value your confidentiality. That is why we ship all orders in opaque packages without any inscriptions of the contents. Nobody (including the courier) will know what is inside the package.

How much is shipping?

The shipping fee depends on the delivery method chosen by you. Regular mail delivery costs $10, courier express delivery costs $30. You can also get free shipping if your order reaches $200.

What if the package arrives damaged, some items are missing or I still haven’t received my order?

Such cases are very rare. In this case, you should contact us and notify of the problem. We will either give you a full refund or reship the products free of charge. Please keep in mind that if you order 100 or even more tablets, the order will arrive in several packages.

What if my order is delayed at customs?

If this happens, you’ll be informed. You will be asked to come and give permission to examine the parcel. After that they usually allow customers to receive the order. If you have any issues with customs, please contact us and we will try to help you.

How can I order from you?

To place an order through our website. you should choose the items you want to buy by clicking “Buy now”. Then choose the desired amount of tablets and dosage and click “Checkout”. Fill in the requested information, check all the fields and click “Submit transaction”. If we accept your order, you will see a notification on the screen and get an email order confirmation.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged after we receive and check your order information. As soon as the payment is authorized, we start processing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering or it has not been shipped yet.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status online if you’ve chosen EMS delivery.

How can I pay for medication?

Pharmacy Mall accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, Discover) and e-Checks.

Do you have the money back guarantee?

Yes. We do. If your order has not been delivered to you within the promised period, we guarantee to return the money.
