Testifying in Boston on Workers Comp

Debra’s in Boston tomorrow to testify at two public hearings.

At 10 a.m. tomorrow the Division of Insurance will hold a public hearing to review an industry request that would raise workers compensation rates, effective September 1, 2012,  by an average of 19.3 percent.  The Mass Chamber holds that the increased rate will cause financial hardship for businesses across the Commonwealth and will urge the Division of Insurance to deny this request.
